W.D. Bryant and The Mint are partnering to host the Derby Day EGG Fest at The Mint Gaming Hall in Williamsburg, Kentucky on May 4th, from 8 am to 5:30 pm. While some cooks may opt to prepare breakfast foods, serving will begin in earnest at 11 am and run until around 4:30 pm. Awards will be given out from 5 pm to 5:30 pm.

EGG Fests are a celebration of the Big Green Egg outdoor cooking systems, offering cooks the opportunity to show off their grilling skills and attendees the opportunity to eat very, very well! Amenities will include live music and entertainment, outdoor activities, gambling for those age 21 and up, and more! We will share more details as we approach the event.

Derby Day EGG Fest will benefit Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. This nonprofit is dedicated to changing kids' health to change the future. The local member hospital is the Kentucky Children's Hospital at the University of Kentucky, in Lexington. Children's Miracle Network Hospitals helps to procure medical equipment, support research and treatment, contribute to patient services, and more.

Pre-Register Admission

While you can attend the event for free, purchasing an admission wristband allows you to sample all of the food and vote for the winners. Pre-registering your admission for this event offers a discounted price of admission: $20, down from $25 for day-of tickets.

Promotional Grill Pricing

A great benefit offered at an EGGFest is the ability to purchase the grills that are used for the event at a discount. These grills will be broken-in by a skilled griller over the course of the day, then sold at a 20% discount. These grills are only available by registering and paying in full ahead of the event. These grills are sold in a package alongside a nest, convEGGtor, and bag of charcoal.

Pre-Register for Cooks

An EGG Fest is only as good as its cooks, so if you, or your team of any size, is interested in participating in the event, we'd be happy to have you! We'll provide an Egg, charcoal, food, tents, and serving supplies. Please register no later than April 12th if you're interested in cooking for the event!
